Jude Jennison is a thought leader, international speaker, author and Horse Assisted Educator, specializing in leading through uncertainty. Jude works with CEOs, executives, senior leaders and entrepreneurs to develop embodied leadership skills that create tangible business results. She partners with horses to create profound learning that results in sustainable behavioural change. Jude works with the unconscious bias, highlighting default patterns of behaviour, enabling individuals and teams to identify their core strengths as well as exploring how they derail their leadership and career. She balances fierce challenge with gentle unfolding to create substantial shifts in leadership behaviour. Jude is an international speaker on leadership matters and author of the book Leadership Beyond Measure where she shares her extraordinary story of overcoming her life-long fear of horses and providing Leadership with Horses workshops only 6 months later.
