This journal was designed with you in mind, to offer silent treatment for life after a significant loss. Loss can be defined as a marriage, a home, a loved one, a job whatever you lose of significance. This journal is dedicated to those of us who struggle through life on a daily basis; to those who have no idea how they’ve made it through the day, week, month, or even years; to those who fight for peace of mind in the busiest of places. For those of us who are too busy mentally, physically, and emotionally to even think of a quiet space because life won’t stop; you want nothing more than to turn the volume down, but there’s no mute button. To those who walk through life and no one is aware that there is even a problem. To those of us who try to escape life in any way we possibly can. To those of us who want more out of life and need to find a way back to living the life they should be living.
