Peter F. Dashwood (Author)
Peter Dashwood began life as a war baby. He then became a steward in the merchant navy and made his first visit to Australia at the age of eighteen. His seafaring led him to California and then the Vietnam War, where he lived through the Tet Offensive, having to take cover during rocket and mortar attacks.
After retiring to Thailand, he was lured back to Australia in 2011, which has been his home ever since.
He now lives the single life and indulges in his greatest pleasures, travelling, gardening, bird-watching, lap-topping, and coffee shopping.
